NEW YORK, October 22, 2019 – Today BRN Group launches with former president of Combs
Enterprises, Dia Simms, as CEO. A first of its kind, global brand management company, BRN
Group will focus on building and managing CBD brands, developing interactive and
personalized e-commerce experiences, and providing relevant learning to inform and engage
customers in this burgeoning market. The company will provide a suite of bespoke solutions
and showcase brand partners on their online marketplace platform.
The brand made its global debut on September 27 in partnership with the CBD World Congress and Business Expo in Los Angeles at LA Live. The launch event, on the terrace of the GRAMMY Museum, was attended by industry insiders and fans of the brand including Ashlee Simpson Ross, Evan Ross, Jamie
Chung, Rocsi Diaz and more.

In this role, Simms assumed all responsibility for the strategic direction of CÎROC Ultra Premium Vodka, DeLeon Tequila, Sean John fashion and fragrance brands, and Revolt TV, as well as oversaw in-house advertising agency Blue Flame. Her leadership at CÎROC helped fuel the brand to a retail value of more than $2 billion, selling over 16 million cases worldwide.
